Coventry, England based Jaguar is an esteemed luxury car manufacturer founded in 1922. Status symbols known for their elegant design and performance, Jaguar holds "Royal Warrants" from Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles.
Jaguar holds an impressive win record in many European races, including several victories at Le Mans. In the mid 80s, respected engine designer Tom Walkinshaw began developing the Jaguar V12 engine that was largely responsible for many wins. Jaguar is also being funded by the UK government to develop a plug-in hybrid car.
